Civil and structural work is a rather broad term for what we do. Our team does everything from strip-outs to fit-outs and all else in between, including refurbishment, structural extensions and modifications, block work, plastering, concrete work, screeding, slab and wall casting, and much more. Demolition and Strip-out Work: With strip-out work, safety is always a primary concern for everyone involved. Our team works in accordance with the highest industry standards of safety, following every protocol to ensure that the demolition work we undertake is uneventful, tidy and ready to be built from ground up. Our team is equipped to handle both manual as well as mechanical demolition with equal expertise and ease.

Concrete and Steel Work: A significant component of structural work is concreting work. This also includes screeding and slab/ wall casting and steel structural work. As an integral part of remodelling, our team continuously engages with structural engineers and design consultants in order to arrive at the right sizes and composition of steel. The very integrity of structures depend on this stage and we leave no stone unturned to ensure that is not compromised.

Fit-out and Refurbishment Work: Possibly the most fun and demanding aspect of what we do - putting together everything to bring the client's design to life! This stage involves working closely with design consultants and our own team of interior designers to bring out the best of ideas keeping in mind the functional mandates of each space. Our gypsum carpenters, tilers, masons, painters and supervisors swarm the floor throughout the tenure of the project in order to ensure that the final output you see surpasses all your expectations.

Staircases: It wouldn't be unfair to say that we have become experts at designing and fabricating staircases. Staircases involve a lot of structural work before the final finishes are added. Some of these staircases are built from scratch while others are a modification in hand railing. Do check the section on metal work on our website to see staircase work in more detail.
